Every project is governed by a written proposal or agreement that describes the scope, timeline, price and payment milestones.

Invoices are payable as per the agreed milestones. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.

Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Hosting, domains, plugins, ad spend and other third-party costs are billed by those providers and are subject to their terms.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Malda, West Bengal.
